Platform metrics are useful, but they are not the whole customer journey. Where the systems allow it, Everest can connect campaign activity with lead capture, CRM stages, booking events and other downstream signals.
That creates a more useful question than “How many leads did we get?” — which campaigns are creating the kinds of enquiries the business can actually convert?
Keep four stages separate: an accepted enquiry, a successful contact, a qualified opportunity and booked work. A form submission belongs in the first stage; it does not automatically belong in the other three.
Before launch, agree who reviews service fit, location and timing, and who records the quote or booking outcome. If the CRM cannot confirm those later stages, report that gap rather than presenting every form fill as a customer.
Our practical guide explains how to test the handoffs from click to customer, including the difference between a success screen and an enquiry received by your team.
