Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, Everest Marketing may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, enquiry timing, advertising budget information, message and consent record.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to requests, assess suitability for our services and communicate about the requested engagement. We do not use submitted information to manufacture testimonials or results.

Third-party form processing

Our website enquiry forms use FormSubmit to forward the details you provide to our Everest Marketing email inbox. FormSubmit is an external service and may process and temporarily retain submissions, including outside Australia, as described in its privacy terms. Please do not submit sensitive information through the enquiry form. Enquiries are not automatically stored in HubSpot by this form.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure public page visits and enquiry actions. Analytics cookie storage is denied by default. You can optionally allow Analytics cookies using the separate preference below and turn them off again at any time. Advertising storage and personalised advertising remain disabled. Google may still receive limited usage and browser data through cookieless measurement pings, so cookie-free does not mean no information is transmitted. Microsoft Clarity session recordings and heatmaps run only for visitors who have explicitly enabled that optional feature. The cookie and recording choices below are independent. Turning a feature off removes its website cookies and reloads the page; turning recordings off ends the active recording. Without Analytics-cookie permission, reports may omit activity, so analytics counts are not a complete record of received enquiries. Your enquiry works regardless of your choice. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses or phone numbers as custom analytics event parameters. Clarity page text is masked. Recording is excluded from private account, payment, admin and client-document routes and from URLs containing query strings or fragments.

Microsoft and Google may process usage and device information outside Australia under their privacy terms. See Microsoft Privacy Statement and Google Privacy Policy. Advertising storage and personalisation are not enabled.

Storage and service providers

We use service providers to process enquiries and website analytics. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy terms. We keep enquiry information for our business and legal needs and consider deletion requests subject to those needs.
